الوصف الوظيفي Maintain and builds new relationships with various government bodies (including but not limited to The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Public Institution for Social Security, Kuwait General Administration of Customers, The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, The Ministry of Interior & other Govt offices) Responsible for all aspects of the company’s Kuwaitization program, acting as a liaison between the Kuwaiti employees & Operations Management. - Supervises team responsible for government-related transactions. - Assists team/staff with identifying any process improvements and effectively implementing any recommended changes. - Liaises with ministries and other entities to resolve any issues/delays relating to any government-related transactions. - Keeps Operations Management abreast of any potential visa issues that may impact operational activity. - Keeps the HR/Admin and Senior Management Team up to date with any changes to labour and immigration laws and processes. - Ensure all commercial and trade License updates, official approvals and permits are followed up and processed properly to avoid unnecessary violations. - Registers employees and updates with Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor. - Follows up government bodies on the progress of company requests, communications, invitations and meetings that relate to company interests. Responsible for all aspects of the company’s Kuwaitization program including but not limited to the following: - Represents the Company on all matters relating to the Kuwaitization department of the Ministry of Social Affairs & Labour - Ensure Kuwaitization requirements are met at all times. - Recruitment and onboarding of Kuwaiti employees. - Effective absence management of Kuwaiti employees (including reduction in the number of unauthorized absences, annual leave etc.). المهارات - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a public or government relations position - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with public and/or government entities. - Strong Understanding of Kuwait Government set-up,Kuwait Labour Laws and how they apply to Company employees. - In-depth Knowledge of all Government processes and applications - Proven professional writing and presentation skills. - Fluency in Arabic as well as English, written and spoken. - Proficient in the use of MS office - Team-oriented and demonstrated ability to take and accept individual responsibility for actions. - Out-going and friendly demeanor with flexibility to accommodate varying cultural norms and customs - Kuwaiti National preferred تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/government-affairs-officer-4270094/ |
