As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible to supervise the day-to-day operational running of each Tamdeen Square property to required standards according to the centre rules and regulations.
JD is as follows:
Deputize for the Property Manager and report any operational issues to the Property Manager.
Monitor daily Operational, Security and Housekeeping functions of each Tamdeen Square property according to the required standards.
Proactively identify any issues to enhance the running of Operations.
Submit reports such as monthly consumables/ inventory, cleaning, updates on the cleaning schedule from contractor, maintenance call log and follow ups, etc.
Prepare a monthly operations report with pictures to the Property Manager.
Build excellent relationships with tenants, contracted staff, and customers.
Ensure contractual compliance by Security and Cleaning service/ outsource companies.
Monitor contractual obligations of outsourced housekeeping staff and report non-compliance issues
Support the service providers to an approved and set standard.
Enforce contractual scope of work is completed.
Ensure all contracted suppliers adhere to correct policies when on site.
Investigate complaints, violations, or disturbances on site reporting to the Property Manager.
Operate in line with approved budgets.
Supervise assistant and driver with relevant tasks and duties
Complete Incident reports to the Management as and when required.
Complete a monthly operations report with pictures to the Property Manager.
Monitor contractor work and movements and complete work permits accordingly.
Monitor and support Marketing and Specialty Leasing activities in the property.
Coordinate with the activities of contracted staff and evaluate performance.
Monitor contractual obligations of outsourced Security and Housekeeping staff and enforce contractual Scope of Work.
Inspect the site daily to identify and report any defects, faults, or problematic issues.
Conduct out of normal hours visits to check on night staff.
Visit public bodies and organizations for purposes of processing/submitting forms, papers, and documents.
Ensure that the weekly / monthly & quarterly cleaning schedule are being implemented.
Supervise and coordinate pest control.
Ensure that public areas are cleaned up in emergency situations.
Submit maintenance request to Maintenance and follow up.
Inspect for cleanliness and proper amenities.
Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
Issue supplies and equipment to cleaning contractor.
Report security risks to the Cleaning Manager and Security Supervisor.
Supervise and coordinate with security to ensure all loading docks are operated as per the Mall rules and standards.
Conduct Reconciliation of consumables in Yardi with store inventory, upload PRs and invoices with respect to service providers.
Communicate customer feedback and take the corrective measures
Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business in general
Perform other related duties as and when assigned by CEO and the Property Manager.

Fluent in English and Arabic
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
