الوصف الوظيفي 2. Receive customers for periodic service, open job card and attend customers � inquiries and complaints. 3. Issue Gate Passes and ensure correct distribution to facilitate the timely delivery of a customer �s outgoing vehicle. 4. Arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the service garages (MNSS, Naser International) . 5. Follow up with the garages to check if vehicle is ready for delivery as agreed, advise the customer of any delays and the need for additional work. 6. Coordinate with the drivers on car cleaning and washing after service. 7. Deliver the vehicle to the customer on completion of periodic maintenance. 8. Receive and Close the job card on VMS system by enter the required data. 9. Arrange and issue LPO for sub- contract jobs to MNSS & Naser International Garages. 10. Open job card for warranty jobs at MNSS Garage. 11. Create vehicles movement between the locations. 12.
