Overseeing the showroom and independently handling all operational responsibilities in order to achieve targeted levels of sales and customer satisfaction.
Creating estimated sales forecasts, both short and long-term
Setting sales targets/goals, tracking sales numbers and recording progress towards sales targets and forecasting future sales figures.
Working with customers to understand their needs, guiding them towards the most appropriate product and finally, agree the sale.
Cultivating professional and good customer relationship and Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Hiring, firing, and managing team responsibilities.
Directing a sales team by leading them and conducting motivational meetings for the team.
Identifying and Initiating training for employees based on needs..
Reviewing performance of subordinates on targets assigned and providing feedback and helping them to develop their skills;
Providing inputs on the team performance to the management and if excellent then, to make recommendations for rewarding them.
Monitoring inventory and plan on moving the most inventory as soon as possible.
Supporting the marketing, advertising and special promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
Coordinating with other department personnel for timely release of vehicles to showrooms like the PDI, Customs and clearance etc.
Executing regular automotive operations within agreed deadlines/ SLA’s and standards and discharge any other task assigned by the management in a timely and effective manner

Experience and a proven track record of success in automotive sales.
Extensive knowledge of inventory and various automotive specs.
Outgoing personality and at ease communicating with our customers and sales team.
Attention to detail and sales numbers.
Exemplary customer service skills.
Experience managing and motivating people.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks through creative problem solving.
Must have good computer skills.
Bilingual (Arabic & English).
