To lead all employee related strategic and tactical interventions and support the organization to develop a robust people strategy in order to attract and retain the right talent at company
To effectively support the accomplishment of company’s business strategy by leading and managing key processes such as recruitment, training, appraisal, and career development in accordance with management requirements and regulatory guidelines
To lead the Human Capital Department which is responsible for attracting, retaining, developing and motivating a committed workforce through the implementation of best-in-class HC practices.
Establish annual departmental goals and objectives aligned to company’s vision, mission and strategy
Contribute towards formulation of annual business plans and budget of the human resources and administration department and company
Provide input into the development and allocation of the annual budget for the HC Department based on approved upon departmental activities / initiatives
Develop relevant policies and procedures pertaining to the HC Department; ensure compliance to departmental policies and procedures by all department staff
Assist company’s management in fostering a company culture which promotes and rewards high performing individuals
Understand all necessary aspects and needs of HC development and ensure that employees are fully informed of HC objectives, purposes and achievements
Develop strategies for the effective deployment of human capital and assess and monitor workload. Assign work activities, projects and programs to the HC staff and review the outcomes
Understand company’s resources requirements and develop appropriate manpower planning process to ensure timely availability of high-quality resources; ensure adherence to approved manpower plan
Identify, attract and retain employees with high caliber by using the appropriate recruitment and selection methods
Establish and monitor the induction program for all new employees so that they become familiar with the culture, business orientation and policies of company’s
Ensure implementation of the HC policies & procedures across the organization with appropriate local adaptation in each geography
