The Role

The Supply Chain Manager creates, reviews and implements the supply chain strategy to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective means of procuring, transporting, storing and distributing of the core and non-core raw materials.

Manages business terms agreements and negotiations and seeks new & innovative practices and ideas to improve the company’s supply chain model.

Responsibilities

· Develop Supply chain strategies, budgets, plans, calendar, policies, and procedures

· Ensure execution of Supply chain plans in a timely manner and in line with targets

· Ensures consistency of product & raw materials availability and quality

· Vendor relationship management

· COGS Reduction

· Data Analysis

· Supply chain and inventory management

· Data management and category planning methods

· Food quality assurance and food distribution standards

· Experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry

· Awareness of business and human impact on the environment

· Attention to details

· Operation Management or Supply Chain Management or related business degree or equivalent professional qualification
