الوصف الوظيفي
• To greet, assist and serve customers in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales.

• Maintain & update product knowledge, aluminum door , windows & curtainwall .

• Build and maintain good relations with the existing customers

• Achieving sales targets through selling and up selling

• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising in terms of display and

Supervisor:

• Ensures individual productivity and sales results are recorded daily.

• Monitors results of sales plans and takes immediate corrective action when results fall short of sales goals.

• Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

• Ensures effective work environment and resolves grievances.

• Adjusts errors and complaints

المهارات
• Social communication and persuasion skills

• Good computer knowledge.

• Speaking Arabic & English

• Highly motivated and a team player

• Self starter with a good business sense

• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
