RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct joining formalities for new employees and ensure all the documents and information needed are collected and forwarded to payroll within the given time frame. • Create new employee files and ensures that all filing is up to date. • Coordination and implementation of employee referral program. • Maintain and track staff records for holiday and sickness absences and ensure payroll is informed in a timely fashion. • Organize interview schedules and follow-up and ensure that the interview comments are provided timely in writing by each interviewer. • Support with maintaining the candidate database may be required. • Maintenance of employee statistics and produce management reports on starters and leavers. •.Assists Management/ HR Manager in the recruitment process. • Maintains employee personal files & update them • .Update employees’ records on daily basis for payroll purposes. •Update the employee leave details & attendance. •.Prepare the daily attendance report. • Prepare the relevant reports when required by the management. • Follow up with the Insurance Company with all employee related issue… (e.g. medical claims, additions and deletions...etc)
المهارات
- Pro-active and have a willingness to learn, - Be a good team player. - Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and ideally have experience of HR databases and producing reports.
