Successful previous experience as a Team Leader in Kuwait, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Accountable and responsible for the achievement of the unit sales volumes and targets, by successfully managing the sales team.
To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team.
Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met in his respective areas throughout Kuwait.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Drive and convert opportunities in collaboration with appointed distribution partners.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Fact Book that includes following for area/unit:
Sales Achievements vs. Targets
Team Performance Records
Customers Information
Competition information
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Strong knowledge of sales or business development Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.)
Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade and on HCP level, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Ausnutria BV Instructions and local country codes.

Must Have Job Requirements:
BSc. in Medical, Nutrition, Health Care or Pharmacist.
Experience with Pediatricians in Infant nutrition company.
Experience of leading a sales team in Kuwait +1 year.
Driver’s license in Kuwait.
Professional & presentable appearance / Excellent attitude / enthusiasm self-motivator/ communicate easily, Reliable |& trustworthy / dependable, Proactive / Discipline and organized.
Knowledge on Customer needs and buying pattern, Understand company strategies and objectives.
Good Communication Skills / Very good written and spoken both English & Arabic language is a must. / Thinking and problem solving.
Desirable Job Requirement:
Post-graduate certificate / MBA.
