الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:

To serve and handle the customers while maintain the cleanliness of the store. Present clients with the unique MSC experience while maintaining the cleanliness and display of the store.

Key Tasks:

· Maintain the Front/Back of the House cleanliness. 

· Maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment

· Serve customers according to MSC standards, including mixing, flying ice-cream, as well as suggesting additional items.

· Place restock orders of all food and non-food items.

· Demonstrate a strong professional knowledge of MSC items.

· Abide by the opening/closing store procedures.

· Handles cash and daily sales report.
