Participate in consolidating, preparing, and reviewing the sales budget within the respective channel / region while ensuring alignment with Mezzan’s overarching sales strategy and plans.
Monitor and lead the development of sales initiatives, business plan, projects, and budget in line with corporate strategy.
Translate and cascade Mezzan’s sales strategy into strategic objectives for the respective sales team in order to ensure achievement of overall strategy.
Propose to senior management the operating framework, policies, and quality standards for the sales function within the assigned territory.
Liaise with the Sales and Merchandising teams to agree on priorities and targets with key customers, and agree on investment levels, objectives, and priorities for specific customers.
Ensure agreed distribution, pricing, promotion, and merchandising targets are met, in line with POP objectives & MSL.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new customers, business opportunities and markets to maximize the sales of the company’s products.
Recommend existing product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential and address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Oversee proper distribution of the company’s products to all trade outlets and ensure proper implementation of promotion programs and strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Supervise the merchandising and promotional personnel for the geographic territories and liaise with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional programs, including special in-store promotions directed at various customer segments.
Contribute to the development of competitive pricing policy for customer segments with a focus on developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
Monitor, analyse and report on performance and integrate key learnings into future plans.
Sell and negotiate business agreements with key customers in each channel and ensure compliance with structured call format and monitor their effectiveness.
Take care of health, safety and environmental impact both personally, and for others who may be affected in the workplace. Cooperate with the Company and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal and company requirements.
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed in order to meet organizational objectives; this may include providing assistance to other business units pertinent to job function, participating in routine checks and inspections and supporting on activities in the absence of other colleagues.
Adapt to, and participate in, any programs/changes in Mezzan including but not limited to strategic initiatives, operational initiatives and performance uplift tasks; conduct any relevant work that may result from these changes as an integral part of this job description and employment contract.
Help support the organization in extraordinary events such as claims by contractors, dispute reviews and participation in arbitration.
Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective application of the Mezzan Performance and Development Review process.
Direct planning and selection of manpower in the designated Division, in line with the business and operational plans.
Ensure high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on- going feedback and coaching team members within Division.
Distribute and allocate day-to-day business activities to direct subordinates and supervise execution and delivery of operational tasks and assignments by providing on-the-job guidance and support.
Provide subordinates with on-the-job trainings and equip them with all the pre-requisite material and tools to allow them to deliver in line with the Section’s business requirements.
Provide guidance and ensure that direct subordinates comply with Mezzan’s policies, processes, practices and systems.
المهارات
Mandatory: Bachelors’ degree in relevant field.
A minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
10 - 12 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory role.
Onsite with occasional office visits: travel for trainings; company events when requested
Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic.
