الوصف الوظيفي 1. Collect Requests for Quotation (RFQ) received by fax, phone calls, e-mails, newspaper or Kuwait gazette announcements, key customer’s website etc… and generate summary document draft defining the requirements as per the set standards. 2. Prepare price analysis sheet for each tender. 3. Submit offers/documentation for each tender on the exact date of closing as per MOH/Customer Tender Regulation. 4. Follow up with customers for clarification of unclear, ambiguous and unusual items. 5. Prepare monthly report on closed tenders and submit it to Senior Supervisor, Tenders for review. 6. Follow up and collect statement of offers for each tender upon announcement and report it to the Senior Supervisor, Tenders in order to ensure close monitoring and proactive corrective actions to maximize chances for winning tenders and prospects. 7. Update the tender data base system by registering the last award price for each product, for future use or reference of the company and principals. 8. Coordinate with Logistics department upon receiving award notification and handover related files to Logistics in order to initiate the ordering process as per the delivery schedule. 9. Coordinate with principals to ensure on time delivery of the customer order. • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations. • Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals. • Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations. • Perform other duties as requested by management. المهارات Primary: Diploma in Administration or equivalent with 4 years of experience. Alternate: Pre degree/ High School (12th standard) with 8 years of experience.
