Their 130 bed accredited facility includes inpatient rooms, labor rooms, neonatal units, Intensive Care Units, Operation Theatres, Emergency Room, outpatient clinics and sub-specialized medical/surgical fields.

The client is looking for highly professional Recruitment Specialist who will support the Recruitment Manager in fulfillment of vacancies by researching potential contacts, interviewing candidates, and building a network of top-tier talent within their industry.
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans;
Create and publish job ads in various portals;
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events;
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees;
Screen resumes and job applications;
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates;
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive);
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire;
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys;
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
Host and participate in job fairs;
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

You are a dynamic recruitment professional with excellent interpersonal skills. You have a strong background in recruitment, to be able to conduct interviews with multiple candidates to identify the one with the most potential.

Good computer skills; proficient in MS office and related software application;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written;
Strong ethics and reliability;
Strong team management and leadership skills;
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and best practices;
Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases.
education & qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder; preferably Human Resource or its equivalent;
High proficiency in English Language and preferably Arabic;
Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience at hospitals/ clinics
Strong knowledge of recruitment in terms of experience as recruiter, strategy, KPI, best practices, team work, efficient work process, etc.;
Experience in Healthcare industry;
Currently working in Kuwait;
