Planning the sales activity and includes participation in setting goals and drawing up selling policy within the company such as policies for products and making recommendations regarding its development and introducing new products or services and policy related to distribution, advertising, promotion, communication with target markets and setting vision and policy strategic
Organizing sales activities which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective organizational structure through representatives and supervisors of sales, marketing and distribution and identifying tasks for each individual in the marketing department
Organizing the sales activities that were identified in the planning of sales and shopping policies
Supervising the efforts of the men of sales, distribution and advertising and guiding them properly
Coordinating sales activities with other departments such as procurement, warehouses, production and finance.
Monitoring and evaluation of sales activities and paralyzing the identification of sales areas identifying the paths of sales men, determining sales shares, receiving reports on sales activity, evaluating its findings and taking appropriate measures to improve and develop the level of performance
Participating in the selection and employment of salesmen in terms of analysis of the work and its description and identification of the required qualifications
Determining the needs of the salesmen for training and the type of training required for each person.
Motivating salesmen to identify different stimulation methods and constantly search for rewards that stimulate the those who sell and increase their efficiency
Evaluating the efforts of the salesmen from identifying effective and objective models of identification to reach a logical judgment on the performance of the salesmen.
Preparing contracts and agreements and lay practical foundations for pricing, discounts, cash collection and futures.
Developing plans and formulate sales and marketing policies in cooperation with the Chief Executive Officer Director and Senior Management and set the objectives and objectives of the sale and put the strategies that achieve these goals.
Establishing and distributing a database on markets, competitors and geographical areas
Developing direct marketing programs and supervising their implementation by contacting the advertising agencies and sales offers in coordination with the senior management.
Making marketing research and studying the market share of the company and competitors. And follow up the situation of competitors and their strategies and new in the market.
Increasing the market share by increasing the volume and development of the company’s sales.
Constantly Searching for new customers and communicating with them and maintaining a solid relationship with them.
Participating in negotiations with customers and distributors.
Identifying the sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers, and dividing the market into sectors .
Follow-up, evaluation and measurement of the performance of the salesmen and improve their skill
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration , Sales and Marketing or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in Sales ( online e-commerce)
Solid Knowledge of Sales Management and B2B & B2C Sales Pipeline Management ,.
Researching Propsect , Suppliers / Clients , set for a meeting , do the follow up and Closing the Deals.
Knowledgeable and have contacts with the Local suppliers . Ability to manage bid , evalation and contracts
Ability to meet deadlines and flexible.
Excellent Written Skills (Arabic and English)
Communication skills ( Fluent in Arabic and English)
Computer Literate - Microsoft office, Excel Sheet ,Word etc.
Excellent phone, sending emails and presentation skills.
with Pleasing personality and convincing Power in Closing the Deal or Transactions with the Clients and Suppliers.
