الوصف الوظيفي o Serve as the internal leader of the organization. Provide staff with a strong day-to-day leadership presence o Ensure that the company is adhering to the strategic plan, delivering status reports to the Board. Project manage to effectively communicate work plans and priorities derived from the organization’s strategic plan by partnering with senior leaders to follow through with coordinated accountabilities, objectives, and associated budgets o Maintain effective lines of communication among company Area managers and directors, keeping the Operation Director and COO informed on all critical issues o Identify opportunities for the company to integrate cross department/program activities and functions and leverage cross functional strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges o Partner with the Operation Director to represent the company with external vendors, constituency groups, including community, governmental, and private organizations o Present regularly to the Operations Regular meetings and contribute to ,if applicable ● Program Management o Set the overall vision and determine strategic priorities for all Area Managers and, ensuring that they are in alignment with the company’s overall strategic plan and integrated to enable effective and efficient use of resources as well as support team member performance o Foster an organizational culture that promotes initiative, appropriate risk taking, learning, cooperation, equity, and mutual respect ● Systems Development/Management o Support the Operation Director & COO in developing and monitoring organization-wide budgets and financial controls o Identify, develop and implement operational systems improvements that will support highly efficient and effective performance as the company continues to grow in size and complexity ● Talent Development o Manage and improve structures and processes to ensure that we are recruiting, retaining, and developing high-quality staff at all levels in order to ensure world-class customer service; innovative, inclusive, and impactful program design; and efficient and effective program implementation o Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities and conduct annual performance appraisals المهارات o Bachelor’s degree in business or a related subject o MBA preferred ● Experience o Proven experience leading and inspiring teams of diverse individuals and departments to meet shared goals o Experience with organizational, strategy, and budget development, with the capacity to allocate resources strategically o Experience designing and directing complex work projects across multiple business units o Experience in managing teams through a period of organizational growth, possess a deep understanding of motivating, mobilizing and supporting constituents, as well as o Experience evaluating systems and policies to increase effectiveness ● Skill Sets o “Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, and experience in designing and optimizing business processes o Ability to analyze data, have a bias toward action, and adapt initiatives appropriately to efficiently scale the organization while maintaining service levels o Deep commitment to innovation o Strong sense of how to use technology, data, and systems to improve service and efficiency, reduce costs, drive data-informed decision-making, and enhance employee and customer experience تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/operations-manager-4543916/?from_job_search=/ar/jobs/?filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B0%5D=ae&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B1%5D=kw&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B2%5D=qa&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B3%5D=sa&jobId=4499523&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1&page=18 |
