HR Officer - Training
Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.
Monitoring staffs’ performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Assist with preparing required reports, documents, and arrangements as per the directions of the HR Manager within necessary timeframes
Maintains employee confidence and protects the interest on the company by keeping human resource information confidential. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
Receive and relay directives, instructions and assignment to and from HR management.
Explaining policies and procedures to the employees in a timely and effective manner
Other duties are assigned from time to time based on requirements by the management
المهارات
Basic understanding of HR principles and able to perform routine HR activities
Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
Skills to maintain all HR filing systems/ documentation.
Good written and verbal English communication
Candidate must be locally available within Kuwait and have a transferable Visa
