To collect and enter accurate data records and prepare reports (manual & computerized) in accordance with Company procedures.
To ensure that data is correctly entered, stored and maintained.
To verify data records (manual & computerized) as directed for accuracy and legibility.
To update databases or records with new information as it becomes available.
To sort, classify, file and retrieve information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical order.
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
To maintain confidentiality of all documents and information.
المهارات
High school
1 – 3 years of working experience
Knowledge in MS office
Knowledge in office equipment’s such as, printers and scanner.
Accurate and speed typing
