Sales coordinator Tasks:
Prepare a BTB clients list and share it with the manager. (Google Sheets) *New client:
1. Study and evaluate the Client’s level (what is the monthly consumption?).
2. Visit.
3. Quotation price + Prepare PSS.
4. Trail order – you have to be there during the receiving.
5. Take all the required documents to open the account and file it.
6. Send announcement email to all responsible departments Operation and purchase. *Contain: Monthly consumption – receiving timing – Address – name and contact number for the receiver.
7. First delivery order, sales coordinator should be there at the receiving time to be sure about service and quality.
8. If the client received 5 orders. We consider him a recent client.

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
