Al Owaid is one of the largest companies in Kuwait into production and distribution of BEE Products, natural and specialty food, across all channels including e-commerce platforms.
Al Owaid also owns and operates its retail showrooms across Kuwait and very soon to other GCC countries, selling and advising customers on best Bee and Natural food products and Apitherapy.
Al Owaid produces and distributes all its products under the brands, Al Owaid and Saga.
Al Owaid is looking for a leader, as a CEO to steer its vision ahead, create future paths, implement and manage change.
Responsibilities:
Propose and set strategic expansion plans.
Analyze, monitor company performance and success and take appropriate decisions.
Responsible for setting the tone at the top and creating the best work environment to drive success.
Build Value for all stake holders.
Build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
المهارات
Requirements:
MBA or equivalent from an institution of repute.
Decision-making expertise and experience at a senior management level, preferably into Food production/Business development/Brand development/New initiatives.
Must possess strong negotiation & communication skills, demonstrate transformational leadership acumen.
Preferably Arab national.
Knowledge of core functions in general, with ability to mine into P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow management, budgeting, manpower planning, Branding, sales, supply chain and others.
