Working closely with the recruitment team to meet the new hires’ document requirements
Preparing an offer letter and sending it to the appropriate candidates
Sending new employee’s emails in regards to the company rules and regulations to be followed, including work schedule and parking options
Collaborating together with all the departments (such as IT and Finance) to ensure the new hires’ supplies
Prepare onboarding kits (e.g. stationary) and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour
Introduce team members
Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven work experience in the relevant field
Familiar working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Employee Onboarding Software’s.
Solid communication skills. (Verbal and Written). Bilingual Preferred
Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting for HR business.
Great interpersonal and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem solving and strong decision-making skills
