A leading financial and economic advisory firm working with all kinds of businesses in providing a wide range of services including Reporting, Bookkeeping, Valuations, Start-up solutions and Feasibility studies is looking for a “Marketing Supervisor” to join their team.
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible and accountable for supervising all activities of the Marketing Department through enhancing the professional image of the company through a guided image strategy and supervise the implementation of Marketing plans within the time frame and take any needed actions in order to attract, develop and retain customers by identifying, interpreting and profitably satisfying the market needs in order to achieve the company’s Capital’s business objectives.
Policies & Procedures
· Assist in the development of the Marketing Department’s policies and processes and monitor their implementation in order to achieve the Department’s objectives.
Marketing Activities
Assist in the development of the marketing programs for the Company to achieve set objectives in terms of revenue, profitability and market share while preserving a consistent corporate/brand image in all campaigns, promotions and events.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs through the use of in-house capabilities or outsourced services and ensure that all marketing efforts are in-line with the approved marketing strategy and marketing programs.
Work closely with the marketing and digital marketing team to ensure all branding assets/content could be ready on time to support marketing campaigns.
Supervise market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products and services.
Evaluate the marketing strategies to identify potential consumers of products and/or services.
Analyze all the demographic and other marketing studies to identify trends to maximize effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Assist the Marketing Manager in preparation of the yearly marketing calendar to ensure continuous customer engagement and update the marketing calendar on a quarterly basis based on changing circumstances and situations in the country.
Supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, presentation templates and announcements to ensure the implementation of corporate Identity Standards and the accuracy of what`s being published .
People Management
Conduct annual performance appraisal for the subordinates to review their performance and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance.
Ensure training & development initiatives are successfully delivered and provide feedback to the direct manager.
Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees.
Manage employees leave and absence and ensure proper replacement during employee’s annual leave.
Reports
· Prepare reports for all Marketing activities such as market analysis reports, marketing performance reports, advertisement campaigns reports, competitor analysis and social media reports for submission to the Direct Manager.
Perform any other tasks & additional responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management/Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in the same or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a Managerial Position.
Candidates with an agency background or from high demand fast moving brand are preferred.
Must have very strong interpersonal skills in both verbal and nonverbal elements of personal interaction.
Must demonstrate good time management skills, be organized and punctual at all times.
Good knowledge of online marketing, major marketing channels and social analytics tools.
Good knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, market channels, market trends, marketing intelligence and various media platforms (TV, magazines, newspapers, social media etc.).
Must have strong knowledge & understanding of Consultation Firms and Advisory Industry in General.
Strong work ethics, able to accomplish more with less. Resourceful, inventive; and has willingness to go an extra mile.
