Devise and implement sales strategies for the Corporate Sales Department (Companies and Project Sales).
Prepare the sales plan for the department and coordinate and achieve the target.
Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets for the sales department.
Manage all sales aspects of company business such as physical distributions, product and development distribution.
Initiate and follow up sales inquiries, respond, communicate, manage, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
Ensure proper assessment/evaluation of the sales performance and motivation of the sales team.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition activities, market trends, etc. .
Monitor daily market visits of the sales team and make sure those customers concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Recruit, Apprise, train, coach, mentor, and supervise sales team.
Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years as Sales Manager.
Knowledge and Experience in Electrical Products is necessary.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills.
Strong, pleasant personality and leadership capabilities in improving client relations.
Excellent communication skill in oral and written Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Computer (Microsoft application).
Strong problem Solving Skills.
Strong Time Management Skills.
