We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team!
As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service and a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
Hire, train, and manage all restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and dishwashers
Develop and implement processes to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Create and manage budgets, including labor and food costs, to ensure profitability
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
At least 15 years of experience in restaurant management
Proven track record of managing successful restaurant operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
