Looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team!
We are growing Meme’s Curry and we are looking for an HR Specialist to help us manage our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an HR role and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee benefits programs
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Manage employee performance review process
Ensure legal compliance with all HR-related matters
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in Kuwait
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
