Create and communicate daily and periodic sales report to the Sales Manager & Sales team, including consolidated reports of the Sales team efforts including client visits and meetings, requested samples, sample follow-up and testing results, client requests, Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Invoices, and client feedback/complaint. Any information mentioned in the daily report must be followed-up, taken into consideration and handled by the Sales Coordinator.
Keep readily available copies of the company profile in Arabic and English, including products brochures, MSDSs & TDSs, and any other relevant documentation such as lab reports, certificates, and product analysis in both hard and soft copy forms. This may include communicating with the R&D;department to provide the latest and most updated reports and documentation.
The Sales Coordinator must keep a record of all documents produced by the Sales Department such as Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Feedback Records and any Sales related correspondence.
Assist the Sales Manager in preparing Sales forecasting and products market research in coordination with the Finance Department, this include providing accurate sales prices and comparing prices offered to clients.
Scheduling all meeting for Sales Manager and attend in-house meetings to create sales meeting summary to be included in the client file, along with sending follow-up emails in case requested by Sales Manager.
Facilitate gathering of clients’ feedback and complaints in coordination with the Sales Team and formulating a consolidated clients report.
Take, document, and distribute seals meeting minutes by email.
Must adhere to ISO9001:2015 forms and procedures and promote quality improvements.
Deal with any sales information with high confidentiality and should only be shared when requested by the Sales Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent education required.
3 years of Sales or Finance experience.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Appropriate knowledge of software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & Adobe Acrobat.
Appropriate knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
Excellent in Arabic and English languages.
