Senior Product Supervisor -Should have thorough knowledge of Colour MFP’S. -Should be able to liaise with Principals’ sales team and discuss sales achievements and targets. -Provide pre-sales support to understand customer needs. -Consolidate market information, updates on opportunities, tools, interact with solution team for competitive information on products, pricing, technology, strategies etc. and develop counter strategies with marketing team. -Achieve sales targets in overall territory. -Analyes solution training needs from time to time. Senior Solution Supervisor -Should have 7-8 years experience in handling copier sales and service preferably experience in imaging technology. His role will assist in developing the outbound communication with sales tools in conjunction with service. -Should maintain high coverage ratio prospect conversion rate and maintain day to day liaison with service team. -Ensure the minimum level of service team. -Maintain excellent relation with customers to generate avenues. -Focus on consumable sales and setup standard for van sales and van repairs. -Train and coach service and sales team in customer behavior and customer relationship. -Provide technical support to marketing sales and service team during pre and post sales period. -Develop and conduct customer based technical training program, work on technical problems, re-solutions, support service staff for the new project. -Identify, analyses and resolve deficiencies in technical activities which are critical in closing new account. -Present technical briefing and training workshop for customers. -Participate in strategic planning, meeting with senior executives, sales, marketing and service. -Responsible for coordination, trading and reporting machine moves, and machine removals and new machine installations. -Assist with end user training for equipment installation. -Technology background, understanding network security, prints services and print devices. candidate should send their details CVs in English languages to the following email within 4days only |
