Human Resources Officer - Bilingual – The Human Resources Department 1. Handle all recruitment of personnel in close liaison with the employing Department and in line with the approved manpower budget 2. Place advertisements internally and externally or use other channels for recruitment i.e. Internet, agencies as required 3. Carry out established employment procedures for new employees 4. Process appropriate employment contracts for new & current employees 5. Update and maintain approved budgets on weekly basis. 6. Process employment, pay & allowance changes on system for approval/p> 7. Incorporate employment and salary changes on system for Payroll. 8. Carry out established termination procedures for leaving employees & Follow up for recovery of Amount due. 9. Ensure the company’s HR Management System is updated with respect to employee’s personal details, leave, absence, pay information and contracts. 10. Maintain statistical information on absenteeism, age profile, service profile and staff turnover. 11. Update manuals (Personnel Manual, Job Description Manual & Pay Manual), policies and procedures as required and approved by Management. 12. Any other responsibilities or duties given to him/her by his direct supervisor/manager Report to : HR HEAD Salary : Negotiable Public Relation Officer - Bilingual – The Human Resources Department 1. Preparing and supervising the production of brochures, business cards, greeting cards promotional videos, photographs, films and others, and follow up with the publishing agents to fulfill the company’s requirements in time. 2.Organizing meetings and events including press conferences, exhibitions, and open days, make presentation as necessary. 3.Review the daily newspapers and report the company’s published news to top management. 4.Communicate with the media, answering their questions via emails, or phones based on the management instructions. 5.Keep the media updated with the company’s news to highlight its role in the market. 6.Writing, issuing, and distributing press releases to targeted media./p> 7.Writing and editing in-house magazines, speeches, and articles before publishing. 8.Devising and coordinating photo opportunities. 9.Maintaining and updating information on GHC website. 10.Preferable if he/she can do internal and external designs for books, magazines, brochures and business cards. 11.Receive GHC clients and new employees, welcome them, and organize their trip program and meetings. 12.Any other relevant task or duty assigned to him/ her by his direct manager.
