Construction manger

Construction manger urgently required for company locates In Qatar :
The Role:
Company with a Construction Division is currently seeking a Construction Manager who will be responsible for:
• Managing all the affairs of the Construction Division.
• Overseeing all aspects of the day to day management of infrastructure projects
• Monitoring and coordinating work in relation to architectural, engineering and construction firms
• Ensuring that project construction operations are in compliance with design specifications, codes and regulations
• Inspect, approve and accept completed projects, ensuring conformance with international standards, building and life safety codes and architectural/engineering specifications
• Monitoring the QA and QC services during the construction period
• Liaising with the Project Management consultant in the preparation of estimates to be used in the evaluation of Variation orders
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly and interim progress reports identifying the elements requiring decisions by the client
• Monitoring and reporting on all costs associated with the subject works and insure that the targeted budgets are realized.
. Developing a horizontally integrated construction and development company, and adding complementary business segments, i.e., electro-mechanical, metal works, carpentry, etc.
Qualifications and Person Profile
In order to qualify for this role, candidates must have:
• A minimum of B.Sc. in civil Engineering from a recognized university
• A minimum of 15 years related work experience of which five years is on large scale projects
• Age: Preferred age shall be between 35 and 45
• Salary: negotiable
