To know Motorcycle Parts, Accessories & Collections products and services, as well as the competitor’s products, including their strengths and weaknesses
To support the outlining and implementation of Parts Sales Processes and all organizational interfaces and to have solid knowledge about related Aftersales Processes (e.g. workshop, service, body & paint).
To be able to contact with a Customer to support a Parts Consultation and to be able to make decisions regarding discounts, warranties or claims
To have solid knowledge about Order Processing, Invoicing, Warranty and Goodwill Conditions and Processes and to be able to liaise with the Procurement Department in order to follow-up on BO’s from the suppliers and to support the build-up of an adequate inventory, according to the Customers’ demands.
To have solid knowledge about time management in order to manage and prioritize his/her workload and to insure that the Parts Sales Consultants under his/hers supervision are able to manage and prioritize their workload.
To know the key data to monitor his/her team’s targets and how to interpret and steer them
To have solid technical knowledge in order to provide technical support to the Parts Sales Consultants or Customers.

Must have relevant experience in the same industry
Motorcycle experience is mandatory
