Role Objective:
Under the direction of the Head of Business Solutions and Development, oversees, facilitates, develops and implements all new enhancements required in the Oracle Financial and Customized Sales & Retails modules, and supports all original and new functionalities of the modules. Monitors the functional and business flow of the modules and tune them to get the optimum results.
Contributes with suggestions in functional areas to all the Finance modules in scope and other business related functions. Liaison with the business users on the day to day activities, Month/Year end closing. First person to be contacted for all functional issues.
Performs complete SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) from meeting with business user, to gathering requirements, to designing, implementing and testing Oracle forms / reports, and submit necessary documentation using Standard methodology and part of the corporate knowledge transfer activities.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and participate in all stages of Systems development life cycle including requirements Gathering, Analysis,
Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Training, documentations, and end-user support .
Analyze, develop and implement technical and functional solutions
Technical Support over all oracle modules including (OAF Personalization, Extension, Customization, Workflow, Form customization, personalization, XML publisher report, Oracle Alerts and Lookups, DFF , KFF , Data Conversion, Data Migration, Report Generation and Developing Interfaces within several modules in Oracle Applications and Integration Expert using API and Webservices )
ERP Implementation methodologies and documentation
Functional and technical support for Finance.
Support integrations with oracle modules .
Support Custom modules and oracle extension.
Support and manage project costing and contract module
Transform the business process decomposition and requirements into a logical and technical model, and map the processes to application requirements
Monitors the functional and business flow of the assigned modules and tune it to get the optimum results.
Contribute with suggestions on technical and functional areas to all the connected modules and other business related functions.
Establishes collaborative relationships among the various project principals and users groups, with the aim of promoting the concept of integrated systems.
Supports and plays a major role in all aspects of functional consultant engagement from pre-scoping and project scope definition through requirements analysis, gap analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing and production deployment of the application systems.
Provides professional advice and consultation to project directors on such technical issues as standards for information and process modeling, process description, data flow and data structuring.
Develops and documents detailed requirements containing solution architecture that can be utilized for building, testing, training, and support operations.
Develops capability roadmaps and business cases; scope definition and management, stakeholder analysis, and creates and manages analysis activities.
Communicates and presents capability and scope plans to all levels of business and technical staff.
Play a major role in all aspects of functional consultant engagement from pre-scope and project-scope definitions through requirement analysis, gap analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing and production deployment of the concerned application systems.
Identify and share new approaches to reduce project implementation timelines
Establish collaborative relationships among the various project principals and user groups, with the aim of promoting the concept of integrated systems
Coordinate with other module owners, and sync the system as per business requirements
Train the Co-ICT staffs as part of Knowledge transfer
Follow and abide by UDC and IT policies and procedures

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or IT
Oracle courses in the related field will be added value
Business Consulting and Project Management
At least 7 years over all of Business and ERP related work experience
At Least 4 Oracle Financials end to end implementation
Excellent consulting, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
Knowing Oracle AIM and/or OUM methodology and Project Phases
Behavioral Competencies
Skills and the ability to present effectively to small groups.
Skill in organizing and establishing priorities.
Knowledge and understanding of the principles and nature of automated business information systems and processes.
Good Team builder and trainer to co staff
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.

Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge in ERP implementations, support, and integration
Knowledge and understanding of the principles and nature of automated business information systems and processes
Grip on AIM documentation methodology
Knowledge in Oracle Database concepts.
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming skills
Oracle Forms & Reports development skills
XML reports development skills
Oracle Workflow
