Job Description:
1. Pre-Tender evaluation of Contract administration Documents
2. Review/ Study contract terms and conditions
3. Drafting Sub Contracts and assist in finalizing contracts
4. Identifying potential claims
5. Handling Contractual correspondence
6. Contract Administration
7. Experience in the analysis and evaluation of construction-related claims and disputes. Be able to thoroughly assist in assessing or validating entitlement and quantification of damages thus promoting a successful resolution in an efficient and timely manner.
8. Producing performance reviews and evaluations and identifying areas of non-compliance.
9. Knowledge of international contracts/agreements: principles, theory and application, terminology and development as well as practices and procedures.
