University degree, At Least (10) years’ experience in Vehicle sales, (5) years as Sales Manager, Responsible for the successful operation of all aspects of the Sales Department.
In addition to a strong vehicle sales background and management experience, the ideal candidate must:
Maintain superior customer satisfaction rating
Manage all new vehicle inventory responsibilities
Capacity to develop, manage, and motivate a strong sales team
Possess financial knowledge of New Vehicle Operations
Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth
