VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Mobile Application Developer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill set required:
Experience in web based or mobile development.
Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD): Windows Phone Developer.
Minimum 3 years’ experience with non-mobile systems such as Java and/or .NET.
Knowledge in mobile apps (IOS/Android), MySQL, Java, JavaScript and PHP.
Knowledge in Silverlight 4 development environment.
Verifiable app published to Microsoft App Store, Apple App Store (iOS) and/or Google Play (Android).
Experience building applications with Microsoft Windows Phone, BlackBerry OS, iOS and Android.
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, Javascript, JSON.
Working experience Messaging, IM, Push APIs.
Good understanding on UI design.
Knowledge of Object Orientated design patterns and concepts.
Experience with Network Socket Programming.
Good understanding of W3C and HTML 5 standards.
Experience with code repositories and work item handling software (e.g. Team Foundation Server
(TFS)).
Proven track record in software/mobile development.
Understanding of good software architecture design and scalability.
Excellent Unit testing skills.
Experience of agile development methodologies.
Expertise or familiarity with well-designed user interfaces.
Hands-on experience in bug tracking and reporting.
Deployed one or more applications to a public mobile app store preferred.
Experience in mobile interface design and development.
Ability to support and maintain existing code bases created by others.
Familiar with the process of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Software Debugging and troubleshooting Skills.
