The Landscape Construction PManager will be responsible for assigned landscape construction and installation operations.
Entails responsibility for staff, sub-contractors, training and quality assurance, as well as equipment maintenance.
Will responsible to schedule installation jobs that are assigned to them, and materials are scheduled and ordered.
Reviewing and adhering to budgets and change orders with management, subs and staff, as well as visiting and assessing jobs in progress will be a daily responsibility.
Review of completed projects with customers and other stake holders is expected.

Proven construction experience in landscape
Analytical Skills: must be good at planning for large-scale, multi-step projects.
Decision Making: must make lots of decisions, such as picking subcontractors, materials, paints, and more.
Management Skills: must lead their teams, and keep them motivated and focused on the job.
Communication: Good writing and speaking skills
Technical Skills: must know construction methodologies, read blueprints and understand other technical aspects of construction.
Time-Management: must sure that everything is on time and moving smoothly is a critical part of the job.
