Perform required maintenance/preventive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure the safety and comfort of tenants.
Diagnose possible breakdowns and other problems and provide precautionary advice for both pre-occupancy and occupancy cases.
Ensure maintenance of all equipment and materials such as lighting, air-conditioning, electrical distribution, generator sets, water supply, plumbing, fire protection and fire safety systems, lifts, telecommunication and potentially building management system.
Manage a team of technical people engaged in the operation, repair and maintenance of buildings and building facilities and equipment and provide the action plan required for this purpose.

Solid work experience in property maintenance or building facility management
Excellent English communication skills
Excellent knowledge in the technicalities of property maintenance
