An European concept super market looking for Supermarket Manager and Supervisors. Their responsibilities will be overseeing and strengthening the day-to-day operations of the the supermarkets deals with dry and fresh foods, bakery and dairy products items. The idial candidates should have more than 6 years experience in dairy, bakery, fresh food sales environment in supermarket in GCC region.
You will work with the team to increase revenue and brand awareness in the market. You will work very closely with the CEO and Operations Business Head to ensure smooth operations at all times and that all revenue targets are not only achieved but exceeded. Supermarket Manager Surpassed daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals consistently. Managing floor operation, cash, store, purchasing and sales operations, appraisals and raises, making schedules, training new employees and assigning tasks. Handled all money i.e., batching out credit card machines, balanced tills during opening and closing of the store, making deposits throughout the day. Marketed/advertised all products through use of corporate planograms, completed resets and displays and handled all visual merchandising, stocked shelves, emptied palettes and placed all orders to oversee inventory. Maintained store through kennel cleaning, fronting shelves, and providing customers with unsurpassed service. Monitoring foreign and local products that are back in stock, Forecasting the sales of products and ordering accordingly. Checking the movement of products and maintaining proper availability of all the items. Comparing the sales and setting targets to meet sales compared to the last year. Coordinating with the buyers and suppliers in case of issues like opening new assortments, creating new barcodes, checking for aggressive promotions. Approaching customers listening to their complains and suggestions, and providing them with their requirements. Doing reports like weekly sales, performance notice, Duty reports, Seasonal notes, investigation reports, daily checklist. Have experience of working on system, Conducting Store Inventory. Supermarket Supervisor Responsible for overseeing staff/employees and carry out duties related such as submitting employee schedules to payroll handling employee evaluations/performance, Approaching customers listening to their complains and suggestions, and providing them with their requirements. Supervising floor operation, merchandising, cash, store, purchasing and sales operations, Supervising store through kennel cleaning, fronting shelves, and providing customers with unsurpassed service. Checking the movement of products and maintaining proper availability of all the items. Managing invoices, billings, payments, food storage & supervising the purchasing and sales and cash counters Store inventories
