الوصف الوظيفي
Key Purpose:
· To prepare shop drawings - Detailed and Fabrication drawing for Carpentry and Joinery fit-out works.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Produce detailed shop drawing mainly in joinery works such as fire rated/non fire rated doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, vanity counters, wardrobes, Pergolas and other items such as gypsum ceiling etc.
· Making 2D drawings, Sectional plans, elevations, section details, spot details for every joint point as required for production.
· Prepare and review the shop drawings for day to day site activities.
· Altering the drawing as per the site conditions.
· Prepare conceptual, 3D and working drawing for interior design projects.
· Prepare DXF files with layers as used in writing CNC Programs.
· Prepare finished designs from sketches.
· Co-ordinate drawing reviews and updates with Site Engineers & Production Engineers.
· Establish and maintain a well-organized filing and retrieval system for all drawings.
المهارات
· Diploma or Certificate in Computerized Drafting (Auto Cad, Architectural Cad) from an accredited institution, supplement by on-going up-dating of AutoCAD releases (ie Auto Cad 2000, version 14)
· Minimum of 5 – 7years of directly related experience in the preparation of carpentry fit-out drawings.
· Sound knowledge of Plotter hardware and software.
· Some basic knowledge of building code requirements an asset.
· Good communications and problem-solving skills; ability to work well with site and office staff to achieve high-quality results.
