Provide full-time, on site supervision for the construction of one of our sports projects to ensure that the project is safely and accurately implemented on site as per IFC documentation,specifications and contract particulars are followed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Use effective project management and control systems to regularly
report progress onsite to the Client.
2. Act as primary point of contact for the construction supervision of
the project between the contractor, client and design team
3. Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings and mockups in line with project documentation and specifications.
4. Monitor progress of construction against the baseline programme and take
steps to avoid delay
5. Project progress reporting
6. Establish and enforce effective project quality procedures
7. Identify, manage and report project risks.
8. Maintaining a high quality of construction.
9. Evaluate, select and adapt construction management and control
techniques, procedures and criteria to suit job tasks and devices and
implement solutions to problems encountered
10. Manage software and systems required for the administration of
the project construction supervision
المهارات
1. BSc in a relevant degree from recognized and accredited university.
2. Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in the site supervision, construction management profession.
3. Fully understand the aspects of site supervision and construction management.
4. Good leadership skills.
5. Good communication and report writing skills and good presentation skills in English.
