Brief on Responsibilities:
To manage product categories sold at the company convenience stores by establishing solid partnerships with suppliers of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and providers of services and internally supervising merchandising and product database development to drive sales.
Assist the Supply Chain Team Leader in assessing the product range suited to the convenience stores and defining the related product categories.
Evaluate the product categories considered by seeking information from the potential suppliers and having product demonstrations in order to finalise the products to be kept under offer.
Identify suitable suppliers by evaluating local supplier’s capabilities to meet requirements such as facilities e.g. stores condition, hygiene, handling of goods and transport facility.
Evaluate suppliers by comparing price and terms (larger DRO’s, promotional discounts etc) offered in order to select suppliers offering the best value to company.
Assist in the sales and operations planning for the selected categories; from forecasting to demand planning to support efficient execution based on customer requirements and business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing – Preferred.
Minimum Experience:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in similar profile across a retail major.

• Information Collection Skills.
• Market Acumen.
• Inventory and Stock Management Principles.
• Fluent in English Language and Arabic is advantage.
