who can proactively and cost effectively recruit candidates using a variety of methods including headhunting, referrals, social media and networking for manufacturing, engineering, servicing & project management of oil & gas industry in Qatar and GCC.
Meet with clients to work out event details, plan with the client & its team, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff and event windup.
Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
Must have sound market knowledge of modern event coordination techniques and service providing companies.
Excellent public relations, marketing, coordination, organizational and communication skills.
Conduct market research to gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred with minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
English & Arabic language skills are mandatory.
Advanced level skills of MS-Office.
Candidates with Transferable visa or NOC are encouraged to apply.
