الوصف الوظيفي Ø Provide support to the fleet coordinators as and when required. Ø Update internal operation procedures documents such as replacement, new delivery, job order and all needed documents. Ø Coordinate with the coordinator to schedule meeting with customers and follow-ups. Ø Support the fleet coordinator in managing and resolving operational issues. Ø Work in a good manner to provide excellent customer service. Ø Coordinate with commercial and individuals customers for maintenance services. Ø Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed. Ø Order, store and organize all replacement documents. Ø Manage incoming and outgoing calls from customers.
