Implement and maintain company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations at work site.
Assists the Project Manager for implementation and monitoring of the HSE System as per the Integrated Management System.
Carries out Health & Safety Hazard Impact / Risk Assessment and Environmental Aspects Impacts / Risk Assessment for the site.
Carries out work place inspections and raises HSE NCR’s for Non conformities.
Ensures work site is in safe conditions (Health, Safety & Environmentally).
Ensures calibration & approval of all HSE monitoring Equipment and ensure needed certifications for lifting equipment, machineries, Slings etc.,
Facilitates implementation of corrective & preventive actions identified as part of HSE Inspections and Audits.
Ensures First aid and HSE Emergency Procedures for the site are established and maintained.
Report immediately to Client and SHEQ Division Head any Incident which may occur. Then shall promptly start the Investigation then issue the Incident Investigation report and communicate the lesson learned to Staff and Workforce.
Maintain HSE records at site. Send Monthly HSE report and statistics to SHEQ Division.
Maintain good communication and coordination with the client HSE team and attend HSE Meetings related to the project.
Communicate to workers information on workplace hazards and their Management.
Conduct HSE meetings and promote safe work practices.
Ensure close-out of Inspection / Audit recommendations.
Reasonably familiar with Client HSE Policies, Procedures and guidelines.
Ensure that the works are carried out as per the approved Contract HSE plan on sites.
Ensure that the works comply with the Project Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis.
Liaise with Client on HSE issues at site.
Arrange Toolbox talks and HSE awareness trainings.
He shall be at worksites monitoring the HSE matters on a full-time basis while work is in progress.
Monitor implementation of the Permit to Work system and HSE requirements.

Minimum 10 year experience
Minimum 5 year experience in specific Road & Infrastructure projects
Nebosh diploma holder (not certificate)
Immediate availability with NOC
