الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for Engineering and Planning Department and reports all activities and resources for these departments. Oversees all the technical services required for worksites and supervises all related Engineering and Planning activities. Job Description · Oversee all the technical services required for JH projects and supervise of related Engineering and Planning activities. · Study, review and finalize the BOQ prepared by the planning and estimating team in coordination with engineering team with mentioned specification and quantities for all items from the concept design, which is the base and guide in preparation of the final design. · Shall review and finalize the initial design drawings and its BOQ prepared by Engineering team which is based on study of initial design drawings. · Monitor the final design drawings, specifications received from Designer and shall make sure that the design produced are economical and within budget. · Shall coordinate and make meetings with client & consultant for obtaining approvals on time and in an efficient manner. · Directing the survey department for the activities required to provide accurate shop drawings, Materials as per specification and approvals and coordinate efforts with work on site. · Review all designs and shop drawings prepared by subordinates or subcontractors prior to issuing them for construction, as well as approving reports to be submitted to the management and to clients. · Leading the development of systems and procedures within the department and working collaboratively with subordinates to increase the quality and timeliness of work, in addition to ensuring client’s satisfaction and subcontractors adequacy. · Supporting the preparation of all work plans, reviewing and approving scheduled activities and dates, and empowering subordinates with tools to achieve their work within the defined time frames. · Creating a smooth work flow by ensuring that all requirements are being met at the set time and quality and suggesting ways to enhance productivity of projects staff. · Ensuring a proper communication with clients through managing the handling of requests of information, discussions of drawings, setting time frames and submittals of progress reports. المهارات A) Critical/Key Skills: · Knowledge of latest technology and procedures in asphalt, road and other infrastructure projects · Managerial skills · Analytical skills · Communication skills · Organisational skills · Negotiation skills · Planning and organizing skills · Innovative · Project Management B) Other Skills: C) Languages: Education/Experience Required · BE Civil Engineering · Fifteen (15) years of related experience.
