We are currently hiring for a Fleet Sales Manager, main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Direct implementation of Fleet operations while forecasting and setting short term and long term targets on segmented revenue and growth
Plan, develop and implement strategy and budgets for the operational management of the department within agreed targets and timelines.
Develop and implement effective marketing, promotional campaigns, and strategies of fleet sales to corporate clients.
Track industry trends and analyse opportunities for business development
Formulate attractive pricing packages for fleet business to generate sustained revenue on continual basis
Prospect business opportunities with corporate and institutions and thrive for long term relationship by directing proposals and negotiations in a manner that translates efforts in guaranteed deployment and utilization of assets as well as revenue and profit growth
Build and direct sales, marketing and operational teams to work cohesively as per business plan and continually track performances of teams to achieve standards and targets laid down across operations
Analyze and review financials to gauge performance gaps and deviations
Realign strategies to rejuvenate operations towards improved financial performance wherever required
Escalate business scope and capability through sectorial data analysis, continual improvements, staff training and development, and improvisations of service offerings for better customer experience
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies Safeguard the company assets, and assets given in to the care of the company.
Ensure activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and security, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Ensure that business operations are conducted according to the division and company procedures and policies and general values.
As a member of the management team of the company contribute to the overall development of the company
المهارات
BA degree/equivalent experience – commercial/business emphasis
5-8 years of sales management experience in the car sales business
Technical background and ability to read and understand technical terms and products specifications.
Pricing strategies
Excellent customer service ability
Professional in appearance and attitude
Detail-oriented, charting individual sales, establishing individual sales goals and bonus plans, and constantly monitoring Fleet sales against the business plan
Ability to establish a positive distinctive marketing image and proactive customer responsiveness within the team.
Good communication skills in English - Arabic is definitely an advantage
Computer Skills: Microsoft office package
