الوصف الوظيفي 2. Develop goals and objectives for logistics department. 3. Responsible for resolving problems/issues ensuring achieving department goals are achieved by improvement or corrective actions. 4. Collaborate with Division Managers to help ensure smooth overall logistics operations within the company. 5. Responsible for all imports/receiving activities. 6. Responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and timely dispatch of company products, warehouse security, cleanliness etc. 7. Ensure that ISO 22000:2005 requirements related to each department are implemented, maintained, and related records are updated. 8. Ensure full understanding and implementation of company policies and procedures. 9. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate computerized administration and systems. 10. Maintaining standards of Health and Safety, hygiene and security in the warehouse, ensuring health and safety requirements are met as per local/international standards. 11. Oversee driver’s delivery schedules. 12. Responsible for the financial well being of the department. 13. Direct assigned personnel duties and provide supervision towards the achievement of minimum loss in line with company vision and values. 14. Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of department budget, including but not limited to; track expenses and approve spending if additional budgets needed to justify and obtain approval from GM- IFG and Finance. 15. Process participation and coordination with HR regarding policy and procedures relating to employee relation activities such as performance and disciplinary measures. 16. Supervise the activities of the assigned personnel and exercise administrative authority. 17. Ensure proper and effective implementation of the corporate policies and procedures governing business practices, and install corrective actions whenever deemed necessary. 18. Responsible for overseeing the issuance of Purchase Orders based on stock availability, sales budget, marketing plan, lead times and supplier deadlines. 19. Responsible for the timely management and coordination for all Logistics activities, ensuring company policies of conduct and safety are adhered to at all times. 20. Provide training for staff as required. 21. Responsible le for the maintenance and administration of all vehicles, both rental and company owned, including but not limited to; follow up with drivers for traffic violation and points allocation, technical inspection, maintenance and repairs, accident reports. 22. Responsible for the preparation and follow up in coordination with finance for suppler related documents including but not limited to; supplier financial agreements, payment terms, statement of accounts etc 23. Responsible for the development and tracking systems for stock levels in order to avoid ‘stock deficits’ or ‘stock surpluses, maintaining records of deliveries and conducting regular stock counts to ensure compliance with system records. 24. Follow up with forwarding agents and monitor transporting and clearing agents. 25. Manage and oversee the development of purchasing forms for individual suppliers. 26. Responsible for the preparation of reports, including but not limited to; budgeting and forecasting ; reporting to General Manager on regular basis. 27. Design and implement specific distribution and service improvement initiatives implement corrective actions accordingly. 28. Assign responsibilities to respective personnel, and check their performance periodically, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to. 29.
