الوصف الوظيفي We are Qatar’s leading Manpower service and HR Solution provider, Looking for Plant Engineet for one of our Qatar client. I am writing to check if you would be interested to pursue this opportunity. Position: Plant Engineer Work site: Ras Laffan Job Role : Support operation and maintenance team in second level trouble shooting, abnormal situation analysis and non - routine operation phases ensuring a high quality, efficient and safe production target and recommending new methods to improve plant operation in terms of efficiency, availability and reliability as well as optimizing the operation costs. Responsibilities 1.Utilize efficiency data analysis to optimize plant performance and to identify efficiency/cost saving opportunities or projects. 2. Track and analyse Gross specific Energy consumption and oxygen gas equivalent produced/ sold and other various efficiency indicators for the plant and pipeline system as well as supporting the implementation of entity efficiency – best practice programs and tools enabling operational optimization. 3. Analyse production data, apply statistical methods to determine corrective and optimization actions. 4. In conjunction with Plant Manager, support in development of corrective and preventive actions in case of any operational incident and give technical advice in the resolution of technical and operational issues. 5. Identify any opportunities that helps to improve efficiency, safety, reliability and process controls and track and document the results of implemented projects or ongoing opportunities. 6. Provide support to Plant Manager in achieving individual plant scorecard measures as required and in developing new KPIs by collecting, consolidating and analysing the efficiency of current KPIs and work with plants to optimize plant performance. 7. Develop technical scenarios, cost estimations and economic justifications to facilitate the decisionmaking process at the plant and zone levels. 8. Participate to daily production meetings and provide technical assistance to Commercial Managers in decision making of new / changing customer requirement in terms of operation capability, cost optimization and technical specifications. 9. Monitor the performance of technical equipment 10. Train and develop new comer workers ensuring all necessary safety training and technical instructions are provided to the workers. 11. Provide first instructions to visitors and other plant personnel in case of emergency or a site visit. 12. Identify emergency situations and perform security and safety reporting ensuring all HSE&Q;instructions are strictly followed by workers in the shift. المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Departments especially in production and/or maintenance field.
