Looking for a passionate Partnership Manager professional to work with the Senior Partnership Manager to drive Loyalty Programme partnership, revenue and engagement.
Partnership Manager will be responsible for the following:
Develop strategy for targeting suitable partners and alliances across various partnership verticals.
Develop and Evaluate potential partner business case
Develop and sell the value proposition and currency of loyalty program to the partners
Handle negotiations with current and potential partners with clear definition of scope and deliverables
Monitor and maintain the partner obligations outlined in individual contracts
Partner agency and vendor management ensuring partner SLA’s and KPI’s are clearly communicated and adhered
Review and agree on the reconciliation of transaction and payments between the client and partners.
Develop training material, organize training and provide training information for partners
Design promotions and campaigns with partners to increase value
Sourcing experiential and money can’t buy experiences that generate value add to the member and the loyalty programme
Handle communications and communication material with partners and potential partners
Create and manage the annual partnership plan across verticals and budget in terms of promotions and communications
Manage costing in relation to benefits across tiers
Benchmarking and differentiate compared to competition
المهارات
Minimum 5-7 years in a Loyalty Partnership role. Preferably within Telecom industry.
Comfortable with data and analysing the results of marketing campaigns.
Arabic speaker preferred.
Experience in a marketing or sales role with relevant rewards industry experience.
Understanding of Consumer facing services across a multi-channel customer services solution.
Understanding of Loyalty Services.
Skilled in analytics and strategic planning
Proactive, committed and capable of taking lead and closing business contracts
Confident communicator – ability to liaise and negotiate across the business and externally.
Drafting quality presentations, building business models on excel
Can-do- attitude, team player and willing to go above and beyond
Abreast with latest openings and lifestyle related experiences regionally to drive relevant partnerships
