Job Summary
Directs the administration of activities in the company clinic which includes formulation of the needed policies and procedures, compliance of the reports required by the Ministry of Health, preparation of medical reports for the company’s records, submission of the requirements needed by the Insurance provider and facilitate employees’ medical needs such as: administration of emergency treatment, provision of primary care with preventive management, arrangement of referrals to hospitals for employees who requires it to ensure that medical service is one of the primary concerns of the company.
Job Accountabilities
2. Organize emergency response team and implement Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) procedures.
Ensure orientation and implementation of MEDEVAC procedures in all Sites and emergency numbers are in place on all strategic areas.
Implements proper communication channels with the Health, Safety & Environment personnel all the time.
3. Establish systematic purchase and replenishment procedures of medicines and supplies.
Ensure Occupational health survey is conducted for overall project for specific workforce category such as operators, scaffolds and record are kept.
Provides awareness training in main health issue might rise within the organization such as heat stress, heat stork, Occupational health issues etc
4. Supervise and train clinic staff / nurses to ensure the effectiveness of each in performing their duties and responsibilities in giving the required medical service.
Trains the clinic staff with their individual functions & responsibilities base on flowchart of patient care method on regular basis.
Implements health awareness training for specific issues might raise by international health organization
5. Ensure proper identification, handling, storing and disposal of clinical wastes and expired medicine and maintain records.
Monitors workers in the hospital in case of admission.
Implements daily standards approved by the Ministry of Health to prevent any legal issues with local health ministry.
Ensure that all incident / accident recorded for individual employees and records

Job Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of medical interventions and terminology
Knowledge in basic life support and advance cardiac life administration (ACLS)
Knowledge in Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
Aware of latest trends in medical science
Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care
Knowledge of ILO Standards, Principles, and Approached in Occupational Health Services
