Checking daily attendance for drivers and car washers and make report to his supervisor
Replace vehicles to customer and make delivery notes, movements, directions and job cards in and out
Ensure that all data in delivery notes, directions and gate pass are accurate
Check and ensure vehicle markings and ensure adherence to fleet maintenance and operational procedures
Responsible for Drivers leaves management, Attendance and OT, Other administrative kind of activities
Attention and anticipate to client needs when he enter the operation, excellent customer service and treatment
المهارات
An understanding of the services and product offered by the department that might include having acquired information about its function, features, use and support requirements. It also includes having knowledge of the service or product place in the market.
Ability to identify the nature of any technical problems of the vehicles/equipment by examining the symptoms and have the necessary skillset to solve the problems accordingly. For example, ability to overhaul traction battery, alternator, Air conditioning, starting motor and other parts of the car etc.
Adequate knowledge of or skill in managing information systems. The possessor of this competency should have the right cluster specific to the role (e.g. AutoCad for engineers, MS Office for data entry and other positions) of computer skills to be able to deal with day to day computer system tasks at the organization.
