الوصف الوظيفي • Prepare take offs quantity from drawing. • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly • Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines /Trades has been carried out for all external and internal MEP services. • Preparation of MEP Tender documents • Invite the Quotation from subcontractor / Supplier, Negotiation and Comparison, ability to prepare pre contract & tender activity. • Knowledge in initial review of projects, condition of contract, contract documents, specification and design drawing. • Preparation of Cost Estimation for MEP Works (Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical) and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants and preliminaries. • To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales. • Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations. • Preparation of Subcontractors interim payments. • Recording and monitoring of all site activities • Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc. • Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts. • Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labor, material and sub-contractor cost forecasting and ensuring adhered to budgets. • Assist Project Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time. • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by Project Manager المهارات • Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors. • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials • Financial and commercial awareness. • Responsiveness to clients needs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good analytical skills • Bachelor / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluent English communication skills including, reading, writing and speech. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/quantity-surveyor-4361802/ |
